Thanks for checking out the Halo CE Lan party, provided by [Kulik Labs Development](https://klabsdev.com/)! Below are some of the Rules and information regarding the Halo CE.

This post is for the [Midwest Gaming Classic](https://www.midwestgamingclassic.com/?ref=klabsdev.com) in Milwaukee WI during April 4th - April 7th. This one of many LAN party events that will be hosted at the Wisconsin Center over the weekend.

### The Setup

Each laptop is running the latest version of Ubuntu Linux w/Nvidia drivers installed if applicable. In addition to this they are running the [Lutris Launcher](https://lutris.net/?ref=klabsdev.com) and are using this version of [Halo CE](https://lutris.net/games/install/38130/view?ref=klabsdev.com). The Lutris site allows for a very easy one-click install to play. The version I am using still requires a CD key.

⚠️

In order to have multiple users to connect to a server (LAN or Online) you will need to make sure that each person playing has their own CD key.

The installed Mods/Fixes are the following:

- [Halo CE 1.0 Base Game](https://archive.org/details/HaloCEPC)
- [Halo CE Offical Patch 1.0.10](https://archive.org/download/halopc-patch-1.0.10)
- [Chimera 1.0](https://chimera.opencarnage.net/?ref=klabsdev.com)
- Halo Refined Custom Edition v3
- [CEnshine](https://github.com/Sledmine/censhine?ref=klabsdev.com)
- DSOAL
- [dgVoodoo 2.8.2](https://dege.freeweb.hu/dgVoodoo2/?ref=klabsdev.com)

### LAN Rules

- Do NOT change the default key bindings. If you do, please let someone know to re-set your profile when you are done.

- Have fun!
